Core Values

These four core values are at the soul of our agency. They drive how we treat each other, clients, and vendors. You may have known organizations that lose their soul at some point along the way. It's tough to get it back. And if you believe in inside-out branding, you know your soul is what people experience in your brand. So, this is what we value.

1. Transparency

Are we communicating the truth effectively? Does the client know what we know? If not, close the gap. The beauty of interactive marketing is that you can measure a campaign's success. It also means you can't hide mediocrity. So, we don't try. We'd rather deal with reality than labor on spinning client presentations. Look a little closer at the team. You'll notice honest smiles of contentment. Being transparent means not having to worry. (We were using this term long before it came into vogue.)

2. Selflessness

How can we help the team win? That means both the client and our team members. At some point Internet Honey stopped being about a person and became about the team. No one person can do it alone. Nor do we want that. Hang with us and you'll see that all of us are willing to do any job to make the team successful. It's at company barbecues, preparing for pitches, professional development, and of course in our work.

3. Leadership

How can we be thought leaders? We own our disciplines. We train. We learn. We encourage each other to go further. And when it comes to work, we don't like to lose. It's the healthy, inner-driven competitiveness. The kind you want on your team. But, it's balanced with personal life. You can master what you do and have fun along the way. You can give back to the community with the fruits of your labor.

4. Efficiency

How can we complete the task at hand with the least effort? Without sacrificing quality we want to get the job done as quickly as possible. And if it can be automated, let's explore that. We reflect on work after we complete it to see if there's a better way, a more efficient way. And with it's cousin, Effective, it's a dynamic duo.

5. Effectiveness

Did our work achieve the marketing objective? We're cognizant of what our efforts produce. And we want to be the highest value to our clients that we can be. That means we accomplish the objectives the first time, every time. Delivering effective campaigns consistently may be one of the hardest challenges we have. That's why it's a core value.

6. Citizenship

Are we giving back to the industry that has blessed us? The tourism industry has been quite good to us. We want to take care of it. We share our knowledge in public forums, we sponsor tourism events and we donate. By giving our time and resources we help support the industry that made Internet Honey what it is. And we encourage others to nurture it as well.
